Yin Yoga targets deep connective tissues and emphasizes holding poses anywhere from 2 – 5 minutes. Yin Yoga is a fantastic complement to counterbalance our often over-stressed, over-stimulated, fast-paced lifestyles.  Appropriate for all fitness levels
