Get moving with a group.

Classes are a great way to ensure a complete workout, while focusing on a specific fitness interest. During our 30 to 90 minute classes, one of our skilled instructors takes participants through a head-to-toe cardiovascular, strength, yoga or combination workout.

Our classes are structured to challenge you at any fitness level, from low-impact options to recommendations that raise the intensity of your workout.

Amazing Abs

Do you feel your mid-section needs strengthened?  Allow ‘Dr. Sandy’ to lead you through a wide variety of core movements to help firm, flatten, & shape-up your tummy.  Thus, assisting w/ lower back pain which, is commonly associated w/ under developed core muscles.  A wide variety of equip. will be used.  All fitness levels welcome!

Ashtanga Yoga

The practice is a set series of postures beginning with sun salutations, then standing poses, then on to seated poses, backbends and finally inversions including shoulder stand and headstand.  All poses can be modified and not all poses will be introduced in the first class.  If you are looking for a real yoga workout for body and mind, this is it.

Body Strength

Do you get tired of doing the same exercise movements & need variety?   Incorporate new exercise movements to combat mental boredom & to continue to challenge your muscles.  Thus, strengthen & tone the entire body (Arms, chest, U&L back, core, gluts, quads, hams, & calves).  A wide variety of equip. will be used.  All fitness levels welcome!

Boot Camp

This class is not for the weak-hearted! You'll get that heart pounding with challenging cardio drills and hard-core strengthening exercises. Get ready to do push-ups and crunches, run obstacles, jump rope, and do some more push-ups. No excuses! This class is for intermediate and advanced members!

Cardio Blast

Cardio Blast is a high energy, high intensity class that gets your heart rate up and works all areas of the body through a variety of moves, including jumping, punching, kicking, squatting, etc. This class combines multiple elements, designed to improve cardiovascular health, endurance, bone density and coordination while burning fat and toning muscles. You will achieve a great workout and have a blast doing it. Great for all skill levels.

Cardio Boot Camp

A fun blend of high intensity cardio and strength exercises designed to challenge all fitness levels.  Cardio bootcamp is designed to improve your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories.  Format utilizes a variety of equipment, current music and no two classes are exactly alike so the boredom factor never sets in.  Members have the option of intensifying or modifying the workout to meet their current fitness level.

Cardio Camp

Varied, anaerobic, interval training in this Cardio Camp has more total value because the after effect of this class combined with Total Strength classees uses fat as energy well after the activity has ended.  THis class is an important, fun, challenging addition to your workouts!

Cardio Core

An intense balance of cardiovascular & resistance training that kicks specialized abdominal training up a notch! This class will circuit heart-pumping calorie expenditure followed by a focus on all of the surrounding muscles of the inner core unit; including the hard to hit lower portion of the abdominals, obliques, lower back muscles and sides!  This class utilizes bands, body weight & stability balls to chisel the middle!  Great for all fitness levels!

Cardio Sculpt

Enjoy a heart-pumping cardiovascular workout accompanied by a non-stop body sculpting finish. This class utilizes the bench, dumbbells, stability balls & bands; shaping the buttocks, hips & thighs through a fun, high-calorie burning workout! Great for all fitness levels!

Hard Core

'Strength from the inside out. This 30 minute class will tone the important core muscles of the abdominals, glutes, lower back, upper thighs, and hips.' Great for all fitness levels!

Pilates

The main goals of beginner classes are to improve strength, flexibility, core control, coordination, balance and posture. Sessions are focused on the specific needs of the student(s). Besides the basic mat sequence, Pilates props such as Thera - Bands, stability balls, dumbbells, foam rollers, head and sitting cushions are also used. This class works to lead students to greater body awareness and overall sense of well being. All group sessions are One-hour long. Great for all skill levels!

Power Flow Yoga

This is an athletic Vinyassa style class that is intended to make you sweat.  Muscles will be stretched and toned.  Circulation will be increased, while improving joint mobility and range of motion.  This is a challenging class for those who already practice yoga or workout and for those that have never taken a yoga class.

Spinning

A high intensity, low impact aerobic workout that stimulates a rigorous bike ride, but indoors. With great music and black lights this class will increase your cardiovascular fitness level as well as your lower body strength. Great for all fitness levels!

Spinning Intevals

Interval training at its best. The rider will be taken on a 50 min journey and will average 15 miles, with each track bringing a new terrain that works on either Pace, Hills, Race,Hill Intervals, Speed, Mountain Climbs and Recovery through out. This class is designed to enhance your outdoor ride, where the rider will gain stamina, endurance and strength. Its a high cardio blast to the body and all the while set to great music to help move you along to the beat. Appropriate for all fitness levels.

Stealth360Core

 

An invigorating and energetic, full body sculpting program for men and women this choreographed workout routine will increase aerobic endurance, strength and flexibility through powerful isometric core moves and explosive plyometric exercises such as squats, lunges, jump strides, punches, stationary sprints and more will take you to that next level of fitness. Challenging for all levels of fitness.

Toning

A muscular strength class designed for strengthening, toning and firming muscles using a variety of different methods and equipment such as bands, body bars, steps and stability balls. This class is challenging for all skill levels!

Vinyasa Yoga

Poses are linked together by the breath as in Ashtanga classes, but the sequence of poses may vary widely from instructor to instructor. There is still a focus on heating the body and building upper body strength.
