fitCAMP is a shared exercise program focused on quick results and lasting benefits. This unique fitness program is designed to be fun, yet challenging, for all fitness levels.

Part of the fun of fitCAMP is that you will share in the support of other campers who are looking to achieve similar fitness results. This shared experience is a big part of what makes this training approach so successful.

All of our fitCAMP classes are held at the Arena District Athletic Club which is conveniently located in the Arena District in downtown Columbus, near surrounding neighborhoods including Grandview, the Short North, Victorian Village, and German Village.

Just wanted to shoot you a quick note and say thank you for putting together fitcamp – I can speak on behalf of Jeremy and myself and say that in the 2 (almost 3 weeks) that we have been going, it has been extremely beneficial for the both of us. FitCAMP is a remarkable exercise program! As an avid exerciser, I’ve enjoyed many types of exercise including working out with different trainers, running, and various group classes. Expect Results

Training will involve the use of functional movements which will enable you to withstand the rigors of everyday life and allow you to participate in a more active lifestyle. You will be challenged to surpass your comfort zone by performing a wide range of movements, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, running, bending, twisting, starting, and stopping. All moves are designed to allow your body to perform as an integrated unit by improving your strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. Morning: 5:45 - 6:30am
Lunch: 11:10 - 11:55am
