This class will challenge you in all aspects of fitness: Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular, Power and Flexibility.
fitCAMP is a shared exercise program focused on quick results and lasting benefits. This unique fitness program is designed to be fun, yet challenging, for all fitness levels.
Part of the fun of fitCAMP is that you will share in the support of other campers who are looking to achieve similar fitness results. This shared experience is a big part of what makes this training approach so successful.
All of our fitCAMP classes are held at the Arena District Athletic Club which is conveniently located in the Arena District in downtown Columbus, near surrounding neighborhoods including Grandview, the Short North, Victorian Village, and German Village.

I can’t tell you enough how fitCAMP has helped with the transformation of my body and changed my outlook towards exercising. It was an impulse decision on my part to join and a one-time thing but I can very well see that I needed it. There’s no wonder why you have so many regulars.
FitCAMP is a remarkable exercise program! As an avid exerciser, I’ve enjoyed many types of exercise including working out with different trainers, running, and various group classes. Yet, fitCAMP is nothing like anything else I’ve tried. When I first started fitCAMP, I saw fast results in my body and my overall athletic performance. Even after three months of continuous fitCAMP classes, I still look forward to them, and I’m still seeing weekly improvements in my athletic endurance.
Bill, thank you for a great first fitCamp. I can't begin to tell you how this has changed me. I am doing things (while sometimes painful) I didn't think I had in me, nor did I think were possible. It is inspirational and motivating, and I can't thank you enough. I hope I can keep it going this next round!
