In terms of motivation, how do you motivate yourself to exercise?
It’s not a matter of motivation, it’s figuring out at what point I will work out on any given day. When it’s part of your daily routine it shouldn’t take much motivation.

What is your favorite snack or drink that boosts your energy before a workout?
A banana.

What is your favorite cardio exercise?
Stadium stairs…get it over with!

What is your favorite strength training exercise?
Traveling push-ups.

Personal Fit Tip:
It’s a melting pot of every style, yoga, pilates, ballet, Olympic lifting, speed work, etc.

What is the biggest mistake you see members make in gym?
Talking too much and not focusing on what they are doing.
