In terms of motivation, how do you motivate yourself to exercise?
I know I’ll feel better and have more energy afterwards.
What is your favorite snack or drink that boosts your energy before a workout?
It varies; some almonds and dried fruit or a part of a protein bar, or a little peanut butter with fruit.
What is your favorite cardio exercise?
Spinning and running outside.
What is your favorite strength training exercise?
I like using the TRX Suspension Trainer for any exercise, using the BOSU for squats, lunges, pushups as well.
Personal Fit Tip:
Modify or intensify any exercise to make it work.
What is the biggest mistake you see members make in gym?
Losing form while using too heavy weight.
Favorite Fitness Book:
I like sport specific books, such as Marathon Training or Pilates for Running or Golfing. Reading fitness/exercise magazines are fun to get some new ideas too.
