Burn Flow

 Looking to amp up your all-over strength goals? Burn Flow combines muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of total body strength training with flexibility and flow, adding an element of challenge to your practice. Enhance your muscular endurance, lengthen, and tone, with premium fitness equipment as well as body weight and isometrics for all-over burn. Challenging for all fitness levels!

Melyssa has been setting and crushing fitness goals with clients all over the country since 2004. As an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, she has enjoyed training and teaching in Lynchburg, VA, Los Angeles, CA, Charlotte, NC, and Columbus, OH with format influences from H.I.I.T., Barre, Total Strength, and more. Working full-time in healthcare consulting, she thrives in the mental and physical detox of an active lifestyle. She loves motivating behavioral change, and can be found on IG: @melyssanocar, leading Burn Flow at Arena District Athletic Club, or clocking running miles all over Columbus.
