Just wanted to shoot you a quick note and say thank you for putting together fitcamp – I can speak on behalf of Jeremy and myself and say that in the 2 (almost 3 weeks) that we have been going, it has been extremely beneficial for the both of us. I’ve gone to a million other classes and struggled to find a class that was worth my time and was actually challenging enough to feel like I’m getting a good workout in.
You can count on both of us coming back after the month is over! We both appreciate everything you do and just wanted to let you know.
FitCAMP is a remarkable exercise program! As an avid exerciser, I’ve enjoyed many types of exercise including working out with different trainers, running, and various group classes. Yet, fitCAMP is nothing like anything else I’ve tried. When I first started fitCAMP, I saw fast results in my body and my overall athletic performance. Even after three months of continuous fitCAMP classes, I still look forward to them, and I’m still seeing weekly improvements in my athletic endurance.
Bill, thank you for a great first fitCamp. I can't begin to tell you how this has changed me. I am doing things (while sometimes painful) I didn't think I had in me, nor did I think were possible. It is inspirational and motivating, and I can't thank you enough. I hope I can keep it going this next round!
I can’t tell you enough how fitCAMP has helped with the transformation of my body and changed my outlook towards exercising. It was an impulse decision on my part to join and a one-time thing but I can very well see that I needed it. There’s no wonder why you have so many regulars.
Bill Brown has a great attitude and his friendly, encouraging demeanor motivates the group. •Fit Camp participants are of a wide variety of fitness levels. I have found the participants to be highly encouraging of one another, non-judgmental and concerned for each other’s well being. •Session activities seem to be well planned each month, to reach an end of month goal of improvement in overall fitness level. •There is continually an effort to make the activities and exercises interesting and fun. Bill Brown “changes things up” and “keeps it fresh.”
the group atmosphere and the fact it is easy to fit into the day. It is one of the most enjoyable workouts. I like how everyone suffers together.
It is a fantastic, tough workout. You can get out of it as much as you put into it and, because of the variety, it is never boring. I have been doing fitCAMP for 10+ years, and I have never been bored. Always challenged, never bored.
