Kickboxing

Do you want a fitness challenge that is fun and rewarding?  Kickboxing you can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

This group workout class is geared toward burning calories through intense non-stop cardio. You can burn anywhere between 500 and 800 calories per cardio kickboxing class. This class will involve some of the following fitness routines:

  • Punching
  • Kicking
  • Pushing
  • Pulling
  • Fun
