Looking to get a high dose of cardio mixed in with your strength training? High Intensity Interval Training is a challenging conditioning group fitness class at our Columbus fitness center in the heart of downtown.

This class includes 20-second bouts of high intensity training followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times, which amounts to four minute intervals. These mini workouts will vary targeting different muscle groups and will use premium fitness equipment throughout the facility. H.I.I.T intervals will test your anaerobic threshold and improve athletic performance while decreasing body fat. The personal group fitness trainer will inject unmatched energy that will inspire you to work even harder. Challenging for intermediate and advanced fitness levels!
