
Knee Pain
One of the most commonly training aliments members ask me about is knee pain. This problem seems to effect just about everyone who is active at one point or another. Knee pain can be caused by a variety of factors such as over use, week thigh muscles, improper running form or poor footware.
Knee pain does not necassarily need to grind your training to a halt but proper treatments should be followed in order to aliviate the pain and to get your training back on track.
