May the FOURTH be with you WOD
In honor of Star Wars Day – May the 4th, here’s a fun workout to help you get Jedi-ready.
Start with 20 Burpees or Jump Thrusts. See below for a HOW-TO-VIDEO.
Then go into push-up plank position and hold for 30 seconds.
Next to 10 Raised Leg Push-ups on each side.
Now do 20 Woodchoppers on each side. Use a Kettlebell to make the move more challenging. This move will help strengthen obliques and abs.
Now proceed with 20 Side-to-Side Lunges.
Next to a 60 second one leg stand. To increase the challenge you can also do 15 one-legged dead lifts.
Now to 20 sit -ups and follow that with 20 side jackknives.
Finish with 20 Plank Rotations.
Get a drink and Repeat!!!
