Nutrition & Health Coaching
with Maggie Fekete
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does a lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, you will see how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is to work with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, and rewarding.
With commitment and dedication, together we will work to reach your health and wellness goals in the following areas:
- maximizing energy levels
- improving quality of sleep
- understanding and reducing cravings
- learning about general wellness, new foods, and how to easily incorporate them
- feeling great in your body
- achieving optimal weight
- discovering the confidence to create the life you desire
- setting and accomplishing goals in a way that is empowering
As we work together, we will develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your overall health and wellness. Your power sessions will include:
- exploration of concerns specific to you and your body
- discovering the tools you need for a lifetime of balance
- profound wellness insights that will increase your health and nutrition knowledge
- guidance and coaching to help you make lasting lifestyle changes
- my personal commitment to being on your team
Are you ready to start feeling better than ever?
We will start our partnership with a consultation. Your consultation is an opportunity for me to get to know you through a detailed nutrition and health assessment. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, mindfully observing how all areas of life are interconnected. At the conclusion of my training, I became a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (BCHHP).
Certified Personal Trainer
I studied Exercise Science, at a collegiate level, in addition to Nutrition, Pubic Health, and Nursing.
In 2012, I started offering my services in the form of private appointments for Flexibility Training & Balance Training as an Experienced and Registered Yoga Teacher.
February of 2024, I started noticing an influx of special requests for private Strength Training and Endurance Training appointments. Everyone noted my Yogic Energy as the defining characteristic in selecting me as their preferred trainer. In an effort to meet these needs, I started offering Strong Zen Yoga, where hand weights and ankle weights were utilized during a fusion sequence of yoga, tai chi, and qigong. This offering remains well received and a community favorite!
After 14 months of positive feedback and results from Strong Zen Yoga, I wanted to take everyone to the next level! For my 40th trip around the sun, I set a goal to become a Certified Personal Trainer. On April 20th, 2025, I enrolled in the Personal Trainer Certification Program with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) in San Diego, California.
