-10-minute warm-up
-20-minute balance building sequence
-10-minute cool down
-15-minute guided relaxation and a mindfulness meditation (cozy blankets and aromatherapy will be offered)
-5-minute sit, guided breathwork

Maggie Fekete is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500. She has been passionate about yoga since the year 2000.
Maggie focuses on improving flexibility and balance, building strength, reducing stress, and enhancing relaxation. She loves leading guided meditation.
