Free Strong YOGA, October 11th, 12:30pm-1:30pm

Join us for this Free Community Weighted Strong Yoga class!
In this experience, learn how yoga can serve as a form of strength training to improve your lean body mass, which includes your bone health!
Class Structure, for your viewing pleasure:
-10-minute weighted warm-up
-20-minute weighted strength building sequence
-10-minute cool down, flexibility training
-15-minute guided relaxation and a mindfulness meditation (cozy blankets and aromatherapy will be offered)
-5-minute sit, guided breathwork

Maggie Fekete is a NCCA Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
She is also registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500. She has been passionate about yoga since the year 2000.
Maggie focuses on improving flexibility and balance, building strength, reducing stress, and enhancing relaxation. She loves leading guided meditation.
Her teaching style directs the transformative process by allowing you the time necessary to go deep within your physical body, heart, and mind, creating a profound restorative experience. At each interaction, Maggie strives to infuse a sensation of vitality throughout every level of your being.
