Free Norwegian 4×4 Group Training Class on Saturday, November 15th, from 12:30-1:30pm!

In this experience, learn the best sequence to improve your cardiovascular fitness and help prevent and reverse the aging process!
Class Structure, for your viewing pleasure:
-14-minute yogic warm-up
-4-minute max intensity guided workout
-4-minute yogic cooldown
-4-sets of max intensity with cooldown (32 minutes total)
-14-minute guided relaxation and a mindfulness meditation (cozy blankets and aromatherapy will be offered)
-60-minute class

Maggie Fekete is a NCCA Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise.
She is also registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 500. She has been passionate about yoga since the year 2000.
Maggie focuses on improving flexibility and balance, building strength, reducing stress, and enhancing relaxation. She loves leading guided meditation.
