Remove these two food offenders

Tip of the week: The two best actions you can take in your refrigerator and pantry – removing anything with trans-fats, usually found in the ingredients list as partially hydrogenated oil). It’s important to note that even if the box says “0 grams trans-fat” and yet still has the partially hydrogenated oils listed, you are ingesting this harmful fat.
