
Spring’s around the corner!
Hello out there! Man I am super pumped today! Spring is around the corner and I am having a great curly hair day! Hope you all are doing well as usual!
I don’t know about you, but it’s almost time to order my swimsuit for the season and I’m actually excited! How are all of you dealing with summer sneaking up on us? It feels good to work towards bettering myself and to have a goal to get in shape by summer. My health assessment six week challenge is coming to an end soon so stay tuned to hear about my health assessment take two.
I also set the personal challenge of four workouts a week, remember? Well, that is going pretty good but I could definitely do better. I’ve been adding a little more cardio in my workouts lately and that’s been …. Uhhh yeah it’s going. I just want to be the run outdoors kind of gal ya know? Like throw on my sneakers, grab a jacket, and just… run. Maybe when the weather breaks I’ll shift my cardio to outdoors.
On another note guys, ADAC is launching its 12,000 calorie burn four week challenge on Monday, March 7th!!!! If you haven’t already done so I encourage everyone, yep that’s right, EVERYONE to join on your mobile app! There is a prize of winning a session of FitCamp, did you get that? FITCAMP! If nothing else is working, FitCamp will certainly whip you into summer shape. ADAC is offering a FREE session of FitCamp which is a four week – sixteen session – camp that is designed to challenge you and push you to your better self! I even joined the challenge. You read that right, I, Michelle have joined the 12,000 calorie burn four week challenge at ADAC. The heat is on to get out there and get active more than ever.
Now, some of you might be thinking one of two things: 1. I already participate in FitCamp and I love it or 2. I workout for me not for the numbers. To address current or former FitCamp folks: who doesn’t like FREE? Of course you should join the challenge and give FitCamp another go round for the spring. Especially if you saw the results you wanted while you were in FitCamp. And to my habitual workout members, great job maintaining the consistency in your workouts! (slightly jealous of you guys but cheering you on) This challenge might be a good tool for you to see just how active and effective your workouts are on a calorie burn scale. No excuses guys, get after it, you can do it! I’ll be out there with you… just scrape me off the treadmill after cardio day… (kidding, but not).
