I did this workout on Tuesday, give it a try and let me know how you did.
25 – dips
50 – knees to elbow (hang from pull-up bar and curl your legs and hips up until your knees touch your elbows. You can substitue by using the captains chair and performing knee raises)
run one mile
50 push ups
100 double under jump ropes (two revolutions for each jump)
50 push ups
100 double unders
run one mile
50 – knee to elbows
25 – dips
