Cost: $125.00 members / $175.00 non-members
AM: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 6:10am – 7:00am & Saturdays 8:30am – 9:20am
PM: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 5:40pm – 6:30pm & Saturdays 8:30am – 9:20am
Training will involve the use of functional movements which will enable you to withstand the rigors of everyday life and allow you to participate in a more active lifestyle. You will be challenged to surpass your comfort zone by performing a wide range of movements, such as lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, running, bending, twisting, starting, and stopping. All moves are designed to allow your body to perform as an integrated unit by improving your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. These results can prove to be life changing, just like the new friendships you will make along the way.
