This offering is a fusion of standing yoga poses, tai chi, and qigong to build strength, power, immunity, and balance within the body. Over time, with dedication to practice, one is likely to physically notice an increase in energy flow within their being. Great for beginners to advanced individuals!

Maggie Fekete is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She has been passionate about yoga for over 22 years and continues to practice daily.
Maggie focuses on improving flexibility and balance, building strength, reducing stress, and enhancing relaxation. She loves leading guided meditation.
