Throw Back Thursday Old School Workout!

Here is a Throw Back Thursday Old School Workout you can perform right here at the Arena District Athletic Club.  I modified this from a Navy Seal workout I found and adapted it for my fitCAMP class.  I had the group perform it today and it always proves to be a real challenge.  This workout will take about 30 + minutes and you can expect to burn over 600 calories.

(Select a resistance level that is appropriate for your fitness level.  Click the exercise name to see a demo on how to appropriately perform each movement)

Here is all you need:

1 – kettle bell &  2 – dumbbells

Perform 1 round as quickly as possible:

75 – Sumo High Pull (use kettle bell)

15 – burpees

Stair run 5 flights (6th floor)

75 – Push Ups

15 – burpees

Stair run 5 flights (6th floor)

75 – KB  Swings

15 – burpees

Stair run 5 flights (6th floor)

75 – Sit ups

15 – burpees

Stair run 5 flights (6th floor)

75 – Thrusters (dumbbells)

15 – burpees

Stair run 5 flights (6th floor)
